Located on floor 5 inside the "Tiffany Glass Building," formally known as "The City Club Building. The Lobby entrance is 850 Euclid avenue, Cleveland Oh 44114. HOWEVER, the elevators are down for maintenance at this time. It is best to enter the building from garage level 4. The garage entrance is on Propsect, 708 Prospect Ave E, Cleveland, OH 44115, directly across from "House of Creole", and directly next to "Southern Tier Brewery." You will pass in front of the colorful artwork at the gate, and through a parking lot when entering the correct garage. (Photos below) On level 4 is the airwalk entrance to the building. Once inside the building, you will pass other tattoo studios and find the stairs by the elevators at the end of the hall. You will be on floor 3, take stairs to floor 5.

Parking at this location is $14 weekdays before 4. $10 evenings and weekends.
